The Company associates experienced lawyers and tax advisors with vast competencies in rendering services both for international corporate clients and small business or start-ups. We conduct tax projects related to tax panning and transaction advisory, restructuring and compliance, legal and incentives projects.
Managing Partner is Honorata Scislowicz, with more than 18 years experience in tax and incentives area. She is licenced tax advisor no 12207, for many years has been engaged in conducting and managing the biggest projects in Poland related to tax and tax incentives. Previously, through several years she was working in one of the top international advisory companies (EY), at positions of Associate Partner, Senior Manager and Manager. She has realized and supervised realization of more than 200 projects, which generated savings of a few hundred million euros for the Clients.
Author of many articles in national press, reports and analysis related to tax and incentives, e.g. for Rzeczpospolita, Puls Biznesu, Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, money.pl, Polskie Radio and many other.
